Because the Service is provided free of charge during this experimental phase, You acknowledge and agree that the Company is under no obligation to provide advance notice of any changes, modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service or any part thereof.

Because BunnyQuery is in an experimental phase and is provided free of charge, the Company makes no guarantees regarding the availability, integrity, or preservation of Your data. Data may be lost, corrupted, or deleted at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any Content stored through the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, corruption, or unavailability of Your data.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The Company does not share, sell, rent, or trade Your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively for the operation of the Service as described above.
